In less than a minute, the cutting-edge EIDON camera can capture images of eye with the highest resolution, allowing for closer analysis and easier detection of dozens of eye diseases.
The early signs of different pathologies are often subtle and appear first on the periphery of retina. A standard field is not enough to reveal these signs as it covers only a small portion of the retina.
Armstrong~Root’s EIDON camera enables capturing 120˚ images of the retina in a single shot and even up to 200˚ with the Mosaic functionality.
